Tom Lauten, Inverness’ very own Hollywood special effects wizard will take participants through the methods and materials used to bring fantastic creatures to life for the silver screen. You’ll quite literally see the nuts and bolts of famous cinematic creatures from the early days of cinema to the most up to date. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask “How did they do that?” during a question and answer session. Finally, everyone will come face to face with one of Tom’s own “beasts” and get a unique insight into how these fascinating creations actually work.
